HOW DOES THE 1000 POINT CHALLENGE WORK?

The PDHPE department has provided you with a range of physical, skill based and wellbeing activities. Each activity has an allocated number of points associated with the task.

Your aim is to complete at least one activity every day. If you are looking to do more than one activity, aim for a variety of challenges.

By the end of the week try and hit 500 points for K-6 students and 1000 points for everyone else.

Complete the Points Tracker Form to inform us how many points you obtained that week (Mon-Sun). This is only done once a week and needs to be completed by 9am Monday.

Points will be tallied each Monday and the leader board updated.

CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE

The aim of this site is to help keep you active, healthy and well! Aim to complete around 60 minutes of vigorous physical activity every day as well as a range of less strenuous activities. To help you keep a balanced approach our point categories have been divided into fitness, skill, healthy eating and wellbeing categories. Try a broad range of activities and be sure to try options from the different focus areas.

The goal is to accumulate a weekly score of over 500 points for K-6 students and over 1000 points for everyone else. We've even included a range of teacher challenges to give you bonus points for the week!
