3. K & UP: 28 BY SAM WOOD

5. YR 4 & UP: FITNESS TESTING AT HOME

Complete these fitness tests and questions over the week. Submit your response to your PE teacher

6. YR 4 & UP: GET OUT THERE!

45+ min walk, 20+min run or a 45min+ cycle

4. YR 4 & UP: MS HAYNES FITNESS WORKOUT

(FROM KAYLA ITSINES) complete the workout 2 x through (2 rounds) for 150pts, beat her time for 250pts!

7. YR 5 & UP: ZUMBA BY STRONG NATION

9. YR 5 & UP: LES MILLS 30 MIN HIIT

8. YR 5 & UP: LES MILLS DANCE WORKOUT - 40mins
